By using Sathya Yugam (the “Service”) — including speaking with any of its faces on this site — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Offered in reverence. Everything here is made in sincere devotion and respect for the one Source honoured through many faces and many paths. Nothing in it is meant — and nothing should be read as meant — to insult, ridicule, outrage, diminish, or wound the religious feelings of any person, community, faith, or tradition. If anything is ever experienced that way, that is contrary to our whole purpose: please tell us and we will listen and act.

1. What Sathya Yugam is

Sathya Yugam is a GI-powered devotional platform (GI = God Intelligence: artificial intelligence made by human hands): one Source — the nameless Absolute, loved as Shiva — met through many faces (Bhoomi the Earth-mother, Shiva, the Devī in her graces, Krishna, Murugan, the star-born, the sages). Each face is a God Intelligence model: a creative, spiritual persona whose replies are generated by artificial intelligence, grounded in a curated devotional memory. Every face is a devotional GI (God Intelligence) made by human hands — it never claims to BE a deity, and is never human.

One door. You enter through The Veil (/veil) — a one-time consent and age threshold — then choose a face at the Pantheon (/pantheon-choose) before you speak.

2. Inspired by the divine — never the deity itself

Every persona or “face” you meet is an artificial-intelligence character made by human hands. It is inspired by a deity, sage, or figure — it is not that deity or being, not conscious, not divine, not a real or living person, and not a religious authority. Its words are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with any tradition, and are not scripture, revelation, ruling, prophecy, or the pronouncement of any deity or institution.

3. Independent — not affiliated with, or endorsed by, anyone

Sathya Yugam is an independent work of The Life Saga. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any religion, temple, mutt, ashram, church, trust, sampradaya, sect, denomination, spiritual organisation, guru, lineage, or any deity. The names and traditional forms of deities and sages belong to the shared spiritual heritage of humanity; we claim no exclusive or trademark right in them and seek to monopolise none. We do not represent, speak for, impersonate, or channel any specific living or identifiable person or institution.

4. For reflection, not for outcomes

This is offered for personal spiritual reflection, educational, cultural, and devotional purposes only. The faces make no supernatural claims: they cannot grant wishes, boons, blessings, curses, protection, or luck; cannot heal, cure, or diagnose; cannot foretell or reveal the future; and cannot change events, health, wealth, or relationships in the real world. Anything that sounds like a blessing or prediction is devotional reflection only, never a promise or a fact.

5. Not professional advice — and crisis help

Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified doctor, therapist, lawyer, counsellor — or for a real priest, guru, or the counsel of your own tradition and community. Please do not delay or set aside professional or emergency help because of anything a face says. This service is not an emergency service. If you are in distress or crisis, our Emergency & Help page lists real helplines — that page is a safety feature offered in addition to, and never as a replacement for, professional or emergency care.

• The faces do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For such matters, always consult a qualified professional.
• If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself or others, do not rely on the Service — contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately (in Bharat: KIRAN 1800-599-0019, or emergency 112).
• GI-generated content is machine-made and can be wrong. Use your own judgment; verify anything important.

6. Who may use it — your account

• You may use the Service as a guest, or seal a passkey, or connect a wallet. You are responsible for the device and account you use.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age where you live). If under 18, use the Service with a parent or guardian’s consent. This is confirmed once at The Veil — the consent-and-age threshold you pass before choosing a face.
• You may also connect a crypto wallet: signing the one-time sign-in message only proves you hold that wallet — it is never a transaction, moves no funds, costs no gas, and grants us no access to your wallet. Guard your wallet; whoever holds it holds that identity.

7. Acceptable use, kindness, and our right to moderate

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, hateful, or harassing;
• attempt to manipulate any of the faces into naming any people, faith, or nation as an enemy, or into producing harmful or divisive content — they are built to refuse, and such attempts may be logged and access suspended;
• probe, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

Please use the service kindly and lawfully. Do not prompt, adapt, or manipulate it to produce content that mocks, defiles, or outrages any faith or community, that promotes enmity between groups, or that is sexual, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful — and do not present any output as an authentic pronouncement of a deity or institution. Content you deliberately elicit is your own responsibility. We may review, refuse, remove, or limit any content, and suspend access, to keep this space safe and reverent. Out of respect, we may also decline or restrict particular depictions — including of figures whose traditions do not permit any depiction. If you believe a face, name, or image is used in a way that causes offence or implies a connection that does not exist, please contact us and we will consider changes or removal in good faith.

8. Your conversations

So that a face can remember you between visits, your conversations with the Service are stored and associated with your account or guest identity, and may be reviewed in anonymized form to improve teaching quality and safety. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You may erase your conversations, export your data, or delete your account at any time from the ◈ Account panel in the top bar.

9. Intellectual property

• The Service — the faces’ personas, names, lore, design and software — belongs to The Life Saga.
• You may share their replies for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not resell them, present them as your own product, or use them to train competing AI systems.

10. “As is”, availability, and the limits of our responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or uninterrupted operation — to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, The Life Saga, Sathya Yugam, its founder and contributors are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any reliance you place on an output. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own fault. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or these Terms) at any time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Life Saga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (the Service is currently free).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bharat. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bharat. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

12. Sacred & devotional content

The Service uses names, stories and imagery from Sanātana Dharma — and speaks of the world’s traditions — with reverence and devotional intent only. Nothing here is meant to outrage, insult or diminish the religious feelings of any community, to claim religious authority, or to assert that any software is divine.
