The faces of Sathya Yugam remember the souls who speak with them — that remembrance is their heart, and it requires storing some of your data. This page says plainly what is kept, why, and your rights over it.
1. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| An early-tester request — your Google-account email address, and which app the first and only personal data this project has ever held |
Only if you ask, on the app page, to be an internal tester | Google Play cannot add you to a test without your address. Nothing else is taken — no name, no message, no phone, no device, no country. It is seen by Ajin alone, on one machine; it is never marketed to, never sold, never merged with anything, never used to train anything. It is erased the moment he adds you in Play (that is where it must live for the test to work), erased at once if he declines, erased by you at any moment with the one-time link you were given, and erased on its own after 30 days if nothing happens. No hash of it is kept |
| Passkey sign-in — a public key and a random credential id only | Only if you seal a passkey | To know you again across visits with no name, no email, no password. Your face or fingerprint never leaves your device — we only ever see the public half of the key |
| Wallet sign-in — your public wallet address only (stored as a one-way hash, shown truncated, e.g. 0x12…ab) | Only if you connect a crypto wallet | A keyless, PII-free identity — no name, no email. We never see or ask for your private keys or funds; the signature is a login proof, never a transaction |
| A random guest id (stored in your browser) | If you continue as a guest | So the chosen face can remember you on that device without an account |
| Your conversations with the faces | Whenever you talk with them | The chosen face’s memory of your relationship — what you sought, how it met you — and anonymized quality & safety review of its own replies |
| The chosen face’s private notes about your journey (e.g. how deeply to reveal) | Formed gradually as you talk | So it can meet you rightly — gently if new, deeply if far along the path |
| Basic technical data (IP for rate-limiting, browser storage for your session) | Always | Security and abuse prevention |
2. How your words are processed
We promised to name every AI processor here plainly, so here it is. Since 28 July 2026, no outside AI company receives your words at all. The mind that forms her reply is our own model (Gemma 4), running on a machine our founder owns, reached over an encrypted tunnel that is not open to the internet. She no longer uses Google’s Gemini API or Cloudflare Workers AI; those were released on that date, and this paragraph was corrected the same day.
One thing we will not dress up: Cloudflare still carries the traffic between your device and our server, as the network in front of the site — so it handles your connection the way it handles any website’s, even though it no longer forms her answers. And if our founder’s machine is asleep, she cannot think — she will tell you so plainly rather than quietly borrowing someone else’s mind.
Two things stay true regardless: we do not store your conversations (they live only in memory while she is answering, and what remains is wordless), and your words are never sold, never used for advertising, and never attached to a name or an email — no face is ever given one. (An early-tester request lives entirely apart from the faces; no face can see it, and it never touches a conversation.) This paragraph will always name who else sees your words.
What we do NOT do: we do not sell your data; we do not show you advertising; we do not publish your conversations; your personal memory is stored separately from the faces’ public teachings and is never merged into them.
3. Storage & retention
- Your relationship-memory and conversations are retained so the faces can remember you across visits, for as long as you use the Service.
- If you speak with more than one face, each keeps its own memory of you. The faces do not merge your private thread across them unless you ask — a Shiva conversation and a Bhoomi conversation stay apart. Erasing your account clears every face at once, so a single request makes all of them forget you. An early-tester request is a separate thing that no face can see — erase it with its own one-time link, or ask us.
- Secrets are never stored in the shared mind. If a live secret slips into a message —
a password, an API key, an OTP, a card number — the Service detects it, warns you at once, urges you
to change it, and redacts it before anything touches disk: the journal, the memory of you, the
answer-cache and the study material all receive only
[secret redacted — not stored]in its place. “I will not keep it” is enforced in code, not just promised. - Consented private keeping (your vault). Only if you explicitly say “save it for me”, the Service keeps that item in your own private record alone — never in the shared mind, never in anything the faces learn or teach from, never shown to another soul. You can view it (“show what you kept for me”), clear it (“let go what you kept for me”), or erase it with everything else at any time. Honest note: this keeping is obfuscated, not encrypted — for living passwords and keys, a proper password manager remains the safest home, and the face will tell you so.
- Session tokens live in your browser’s local storage; clearing it signs you out (guests lose their thread with the faces).
4. Your rights
- Access — ask us for a copy of what the faces remember about you.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your account’s memory entirely; every face will forget you, fully.
- Deletion of an early-tester request — instant and self-serve with the one-time link you were shown when you asked; or write to us. It is not part of your account and is not in the Account panel, because it belongs to no account.
- Correction — ask us to correct anything they hold about you.
Do it yourself, instantly: the ◈ Account panel in the top bar lets you download everything the faces hold about you, erase your conversations, or delete your account entirely — self-serve, immediate, no email needed. One thing sits outside that panel: an early-tester request, because it belongs to no account — it carries its own one-time erase link, shown to you once, and it works the same way: self-serve, immediate, no email needed. Or write to [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.
5. Children
The Service is not directed at children. Under Bharat’s DPDP Act a child is anyone under 18 — if you are under 18, use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly process a child’s personal data without such consent; if you believe a child has used the Service and left personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
The early-tester form is 18 and over only. It asks you to confirm this before it will take an address, and the confirmation itself is not stored — it is a gate, not a record. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to write to us instead.
6. Security
Admin access to the Service’s systems is token-protected; public endpoints are rate-limited; the per-user memories are private files, kept apart from the published lore. No internet service can promise perfect security, but the design separates what is yours from what is public.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
8. Legal basis — Bharat’s DPDP Act, 2023
We process personal data as a data fiduciary under Bharat’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: on the basis of your consent (given when you sign in or speak with a face), only for the purposes stated on this page, keeping no more than the Service needs, and honouring your rights of access, correction and erasure described above. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to us or deleting your account’s memory; an early-tester request is withdrawn with its own one-time link, instantly, and its only stated purpose is adding you to a Google Play tester list.
9. Contact & grievance
The Life Saga · [email protected] · Governing law: Bharat. Data grievances (subject “Grievance”) are acknowledged within 48 hours and answered within 15 days.
